We offer a1-day replacement policy, which means you must request a replacementwithin 24 hours of receiving your item.

Important Points About Our Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. Product sizes and details are clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • Replacements will only be issued after inspection by the Purkül team.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or replacement request.

Partial Prepaid with Cash On Delivery

The nominal fee of₹59 charged for Partial Prepaid on Cash on Delivery orders is non-refundable.
In case ofRTO (Return to Origin)on such orders, the partially prepaid amount can be used asstore credit for a future order on Purkül.

Our 1-Day Replacement Policy Applies Only In The Following Cases

  • Wrong item received – must be verified via unboxing video
  • Defective or damaged item received – must be verified via unboxing video

The Following Cases Are Not Eligible For Replacement

  • Any item that has been washed or damaged by the customer.
  • Any item not returned with its original packaging, box, and inserts.
  • Any item not in its original condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, with all inserts, and in its original packaging, exactly as received.

6-Month Free Replacement Policy

All Purkül products are covered under a 6-month replacement policy for color fading issues.

Customers can share product photos with our team and request a one-time free replacement.
₹100 Shipping & Handling fee must be paid in advance for the replacement shipment.

  • This fee must be prepaid (COD is not allowed).
  • Customers may return the original product at their own expense or keep it, as per their preference.
  • Damaged products are not covered under this policy.

More Details

  • Based on the photos and unboxing video shared, the Purkül team will determine whether a replacement or return is applicable. The decision of our team will be final.
  • We charge a flat return fee of ₹100 in case of accepted returns for size issues.
  • For Prepaid Orders, if the customer is unavailable or delivery cannot be completed by our courier partners, the refund will be issued as store credit after deducting shipping charges.
  • Purkül is not responsible if a customer pays extra to the courier partner without checking the COD amount on the invoice.
  • If the customer contacts us after the 1-day replacement window, the request will not be entertained.

Approved returns will be issued only as store credit in your in-store wallet in the form of a discount code or gift card, which can be used for your next order on Purkül.
Refunds will not be issued to UPI IDs or bank accounts in normal cases.

Refunds

Refunds to the customer’s bank account via UPI or Net Banking will only be issued in exceptional situations, such as:

  • The item was delivered after a delay of multiple weeks, or
  • The customer repeatedly received incorrect or damaged items.

Once an approved refund is processed, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.
The actual time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the bank’s processing time and third-party payment gateway policies.

To Start a Return or Replacement

  1. Enter your Order Number and Phone/Email on the Start Return or Exchange page.
  2. Select the option to return or replace your item.
  3. Upload your order number, product photos, and unboxing video, along with any comments.
  4. If your request is approved, we will initiate a return pickup through our courier partner.
  5. Once the product is received and inspected, the approved amount will be issued as store credit for your next order.

If return pickup is not available in your pincode, you will need to ship the product back to us yourself. The replacement will be processed once the product is received and inspected.

Damages and Issues

lease inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement, such as our Nepali Rudraksha range.

We do not issue refunds for Premium range products, however they are covered under our 6-month free replacement policy.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is toreturn the item you haveand place anew orderonce your return request is approved.

We will notify you once your return isreceived and inspected, and inform you whether the replacement has been approved.
If approved, you will receive the amount in yourin-store wallet as a discount code or gift cardfor your next order.
